You can have your own Bulgarian Company set up without even going to Bulgaria.

According to current Bulgarian Law, Foreigners can invest in property with land in Bulgaria either directly or through a Company. Only Bulgarian–resident individuals and entities can acquire title to land, while non-residents may acquire only buildings and limited rights to land. Therefore, registering a company in Bulgaria will entitle you to purchasing a house or an apartment and the plot of land it is built on.

In Bulgarian when you set up a Company it has to be reregistered with the Tax Office and Social Security office we all so have the Company Stamp and Seal made for your Company. A deposit of 100 GBP is payable and is not refundable if you later decide not to proceed with the procedure. Normally the Company will be up and running within 4 Weeks.

You do not need to travel to Bulgaria

All you need to do is email us a copy of your passport so we can prepare and send the documents needed and then you need to go to the Bulgarian Embassy in London with the Documents we’ve sent you to be stamped and send back to us and once your Company is formed we will send you all Company papers and seal by recorded delivery to the UK.

If in Bulgaria, you can come to the office and we can normally register a company for you within ten working days.
